First Step Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide center-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder ages 1-21 years old in our Leesburg Clinic or in a community based position with a multidisciplinary team of providers, including speech, occupational, and physical therapy.

Part-time and full-time available!

The RBTs will collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy services to help children learn new skills and reach milestones.

Job Description:

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a clinic based-setting.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans that improve the child's ability to function in their environment.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to create treatment plans that are most beneficial for the child and the family's goals.
• Collaborate with other therapy disciplines to provide a multidisciplinary approach for optimal functional outcomes.
• Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.

Qualifications:

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• RBT certification
• Clear Level II Background Screening
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
